Collectively, this team has over 100 years of real estate experience, and they are garnering exceptional successes. We have consistently been market leaders in many of KZN's top estates and areas and have regularly broken various sales records. The Local Real Estate commercial team has also orchestrated some of the biggest commercial deals on the North Coast.

Both the sales and rental teams are passionate about adding value in everything they do and strive to serve their clients both professionally whilst creating trustworthy long-term relationships.

With regards Sponsorship and Connecting the Community, Local Real Estate is involved in many local sports club, community and charitable initiatives and encourages Sellers and Buyers to donate unwanted household items that are then distributed to less fortunate households.
