Can I buy contact information of homeowners from you?
We do not provide- or sell any contact information. Estate Agents use PropCon to keep their own data safe and to communicate with clients who are OPT-IN to receive digital communication.
How safe is my data?
Privacy is something we take very seriously. You receive a Login Notification every time your account is accessed from a new device. Optional two-factor authentication can be enabled for extra security.
Who owns the data linked to my profile?
Your data belongs to the account holder for example the company principal or franchise owner unless you are paying your own account.
Can I collaborate with team members by sharing Contacts & Listings?
Yes, you can create partnerships in PropCon.
Do I need to sign a contract and give notice if I decide to cancel?
No contracts or notice periods apply. After your free trial, you will receive an email notification before your first monthly kicks in. Upfront month-to-month subscription fee payable.
Can anyone create a PropCon Profile?
Our platform is only available to registered real estate agents in South Africa with a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate.
How does PropCon help me with POPIA (Protection Of Personal Information Act)?
  • We have POPIA permission scripts to send once-off. A detailed report keeps track of OPT-IN/OPT-OUT activities.
  • Our Email service has an unsubscribe link in the signature.
  • Our SMS service will automatically unsubscribe your client when they reply STOP.
  • As a PropCon user, you will receive a notification when your clients update their communication preferences.
  • We make use of multiple layers of security to protect your data and online profile.
PropCon will never sell, rent, or share any personal information to third parties for any purpose whatsoever.
What are the extra costs over and above the monthly fee?
  • SMS cost R0.30, Email cost R0.02 and WhatsApp is free.
  • After your first FREE bulk import of up to 2000 contacts, costs are R50 per bulk import of 1000 records. You can also do your own Bulk Imports at no extra cost.
  • The first 200-megabyte disk usage is included in your monthly fee, thereafter R20 is payable for every 1000-megabyte (1GB) disk usage. There is no limit to the amount of data stored.
